Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we dispatch and deliver orders placed with Onedown Fab (FabPro).

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within Australia. Select products may also be available for shipping to New Zealand; availability is shown at checkout.

PROCESSING TIMES

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received. Laser cut or made-to-order items, including welding tables cut to a specific size, may have a longer production lead time; where this applies it is noted on the product page.

SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order.

Welding tables and other heavy or palletised items ship via freight carrier at a flat rate for delivery anywhere in Australia, regardless of size within the ranges we offer or distance from our Western Australia dispatch location. Smaller items (such as PPE, belts and accessories) ship via standard parcel carriers.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by our carriers are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote addresses, and freight requiring a tail-lift, forklift, or additional access arrangements at the delivery address, may take longer to arrange - please contact us before ordering if you have limited unloading equipment at your delivery address, as most palletised freight requires the receiver to assist with unloading unless a tail-lift service has been arranged.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available for your order, we will email it to you once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & MISSED DELIVERIES

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information. If a carrier is unable to deliver your order (for example, due to access issues or a missed delivery attempt), additional redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier may apply.

RISK & DAMAGED FREIGHT

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect all items, especially palletised freight, on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing for delivery where possible. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at onedownfabrication@outlook.com as soon as possible, and within 48 hours of delivery, so we can lodge a claim with the carrier if required.
