These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the odfab.com website and your purchase of products from Onedown Fab, trading as FabPro ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
1. About Us
Onedown Fab (FabPro) designs and supplies laser cut and formed steel products, including flat-pack welding tables and fixtures, PPE, and related fabrication equipment, for customers across Australia. For any questions about these Terms, contact us at onedownfabrication@outlook.com or 0448 669 899.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, weights and images are accurate, but slight variations may occur, particularly for laser cut and made-to-order items. Where a product is noted as made to order, quoted lead times are estimates only and may vary due to production or material availability.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order has been placed, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is required in full at checkout unless a payment plan (such as Affirm) or other arrangement has been agreed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and may vary depending on product size, weight and delivery location. Some items, including welding tables, are shipped via palletised freight and a flat shipping rate applies across Australia regardless of destination. Delivery timeframes provided by us or our carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
Risk in the goods, including risk of loss or damage, passes to you on delivery to the address provided. Please inspect goods on arrival and notify us promptly of any freight damage or missing items.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. Where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Subject to your statutory rights, our returns process for change-of-mind or eligible returns is set out in our Refund Policy. Custom, made-to-order or modified products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Products are covered against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the relevant product page or invoice; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
6. Assembly, Use & Safety
Flat-pack products, including welding tables, are supplied unassembled or partially assembled and must be assembled and installed correctly by the customer or a suitably qualified person, in accordance with any instructions provided. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any product, including load ratings and safe working limits, for your intended use, and for using PPE and equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable workplace health and safety requirements. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from incorrect assembly, modification, overloading or misuse of any product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
